We Care About You

After successfully negotiating positive outcomes for many people over quite a few years I realised I have a skill in resolving issues. I realised I could help many ordinary everyday people win their battles against corporate giants. It gives me satisfaction helping others win cases that they should win but don't thanks to corporate greed. I know it's way too stressful for many people to even attempt to fight a corporation and that's where my team step in and take all that stress away but give you the outcome you deserve.

With a career history in finance, real estate and fraud detection I have strong negotiation skills.

Gathering knowledge of laws and policies throughout my career I know where to go to find information to support arguments. I study PDS policies and I find the best argument to win your case.

I am not afraid of confrontation and I take care to be armed with knowledge before embarking on resolving issues. If necessary I will take claims to the appropriate civil tribunal or the appropriate ombudsman. What many people don’t realise is you can’t simply approach an ombudsman to resolve a case and expect to win. You need to negotiate with the company you have an issue with and exhaust all avenues to resolve the case prior to approaching an ombudsman or tribunal for help.

The wording of an argument and the evidence you can provide about a case are the key factors to obtaining a positive outcome. It is also imperative that you present the facts of a case and not get emotional about it. This is where employing a company like mine can distance you from that emotional strain of dealing with often very stubborn company representatives.
